Do you ship globally?
Yes, we do!
For Domestic (USA) shipping, handling time is generally 1-3 business days. We generally, ship via USPS Media Mail or Ground Advantage (2-5 business days transit).
For International Shipping (Outside of the USA), we have most new music releases stocked with a global fulfillment center for non-USA orders. This allows for relatively quick + competitive global shipping prices on the items in-stock. However, not everything is stocked at our global warehouse and when we run out of an item, shipping reverts to international pricing until it's restocked.
Do you accept demos?
To best serve our current roster, we are not accepting demos at this time, but feel free hit up demos [at] music-website.com.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. However, we do accept returns if you receive a damaged or defective item. If that's the case, email chris [at] music-website [dot] com. We will likely ask you to send us photos of any damage or defects and the packaging (so we can file a claim).
